Visiting the Smiths Falls Community Food Bank

When you arrive at the Food Bank, you will be asked to take a number and be seated. When your number is called, our manager takes you into the office where you will be asked to provide proof of address and identification. This is done with respect and attention to privacy.

On your first visit you will be asked a short questionnaire so that we can create a client profile and help meet any needs you may have to the best of our ability.

Once you have provided the information required you will be provided with a 7-day supply of emergency food based on the size of your family and the availability of food that is currently on hand.

Each client may visit 2 times in the calendar month. Each visit will be a 7-day supply of emergency food.

We can no longer provide a top up due to our increasing the hamper sizes and now providing 14 days worth of food per month.
